D had the day off today so we ran a bunch of errands in the morning and headed to Seal Beach afterward. The sky was kind of overcast, but it wasn’t too cold. We picked up a couple of sandwiches (one salami and one caprese–mozarella, tomato) at Angelo’s Italian Deli. The service was decidedly “Old World”, as it seemed that Angelo was the only guy working the counter. I also thought the sandwiches were a bit pricey at $7.99 a piece. However, once we found a park bench and started eating, it was all worth it (especially the salami!) We then took a walk on the pier, which was not easy with the stroller. D ended up carrying k because the ride was so bumpy.
