I must admit, planning kids’ birthday parties stresses me out. I worry too much about the details, that people won’t be able to come, that it won’t be fun, etc. We told the kids they could have a birthday party with friends every other year. It has been a good compromise, since k and n’s birthdays are only three months apart. This was n’s year to have a party. I had some gift cards to Chuck E. Cheese, and n had never been before, so I convinced him to have his party there. He said he had seen the commercials, and always wondered why they said it is “where a kid can be a kid”. 🙂 I really like how Chuck E. Cheese, at least the one we went to, is very organized. You book online, they call you to confirm, they assign you a party hostess, and you’re set to go.
I’m a bad photographer. I did not even get one picture with all of the eleven boys!
Jumbo Fruit Ninja!
I found these Star Wars Easter eggs that made perfect cupcake toppers.
Included in the party package was a turn in the ticket blaster.
We could not believe it when n grabbed the ticket that was worth 1,000 tickets. He was not trying for it; it just flew into his hand. Winner!
