Although I have been hearing about the positive health benefits linked to fish oil for a while now, our family does not regularly use it. Kids Smart Fish Oil is unique because it comes in fish-shaped caplets, or “burstlets”. Although the entire burstlet is edible, my kids prefer to twist off the tail, and squeeze the gel-like substance in their mouth.
